Mr. Mange Ram Bindal (Founder)
Mr. Mange Ram Bindal began his journey in 1985, establishing a foundation for NexGen. His unwavering commitment to quality and customer satisfaction laid the groundwork for the company’s future success. Under the valuable guidance of our mentor, Mr. Mange Ram Bindal and his motivation inspires our personnel to dedicatedly work towards the goal. Currently, there are four pillars of the company Mr. Jai Parkash Bindal, Mr. Vikas Bindal and Mr. Yogesh Bindal and including Mr. Mange Ram Bindal in the success of NexGen Footwears Pvt Ltd.

Mr. Jai Parkash Bindal is having rich experience of more than 22 years of managing the things related to manufacturing of footwear industry. He is found to be very decent in nature while handling to day-to-day business operations. His involvement in taking managerial decision is always become decisive for the company.
Mr. Vikas Bindal (Director)
Mr. Vikas Bindal is having experience of more than 20 years in the footwear industry. He holds the task of managing the foreign customers which helped to improve our exports turnover in last 2-3 years and continuously making efforts to take the products of the company to different regions.
Mr. Yogesh Bindal (Director)
Mr. Yogesh Bindal is also having experience of more than 20 years in the core industry product of the company. He manages the production related work of the footwear products. His ability to take quick decisions in judging the quality of products makes the product acceptable in the market which in turn fulfils the goal of the company.
